Job Summary

As a Senior Manager for the Healthcare Platform, you will play a pivotal role in advising Heraeus Group's management on market developments and strategic initiatives within the assigned Healthcare operating companies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing quarterly performance, supporting leadership teams on strategic and operational projects, and analyzing healthcare market trends to assess their impact on Heraeus. You will also be instrumental in identifying new areas of interest, evaluating investment opportunities, and facilitating the implementation of M&A, investment, and partnership projects. This role requires a professional with a strong background in strategy, business development, or MedTech, excellent analytical and social skills, and the ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels globally.
