Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician in Data Center Operations, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless functioning of server hardware and network components within a leading German cloud provider's data centers. Your daily tasks will involve the setup, cabling, and electronic connection of server hardware, as well as performing necessary repairs. You'll be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, handling them independently, and will also oversee the company's data center infrastructure and electronic systems.
