Job Summary
Join a leading IT company in Europe as an IT Service Technician, focusing on 2nd Level support in Wolfsburg. In this role, you will be crucial in managing IT incidents, providing essential user support, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives. Your daily tasks will include processing support tickets across 1st, 2nd, and occasionally 3rd level, performing system installations and re-imaging for notebooks, and managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes. You will also be responsible for supporting various devices including Canon Uniflow printers, iOS, Android, and Windows 10 devices via Intune, and participating in IT projects like multi-factor authentication rollouts. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification/experience
Experience
- Professional experience in IT technical support, preferably in on-site service, user support, or 1st/2nd level support (remote or on-site)
- Experience in Workplace Service with PCs, notebooks, monitors, and ideally iPhones
Languages

- Valid Class B driving license
