Job Summary

This role is for a Team Lead in IT Support & System Administration, based in Bonn, Germany, for a minimum nine-month project. The successful candidate will take on a pivotal role in IT operations, leading and coordinating established IT support teams to ensure the smooth functioning of a complex IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the technical and organizational leadership of system and user support teams, ensuring seamless 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support processes, and structured handling of incidents and problems, especially complex, cross-system cases. The role also involves planning and coordinating on-call duties and leading projects within the area of responsibility, contributing innovative ideas.
