Job Summary

This role involves acting as an Innovation Scout and Regional Transfer Coordination Officer within the "4transfer" project, a BMBF-funded initiative aimed at building a robust transfer network in Saxony. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying innovation potentials and needs of companies, particularly the Dual University of Saxony's practical partners, and fostering connections between academia, industry, and society. Key responsibilities include initiating and managing research and transfer projects, developing innovative exploitation strategies for research outcomes, and implementing science communication concepts. The position requires strong project management skills, a high degree of initiative, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with researchers, project leads, and partner institutions.
