Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Electrical Engineering Master or Technician to lead a team of installers focusing on barrier systems, electromobility, and signal technology. The position involves hands-on installation and repair, programming control units, and project management for access control systems. You will also support sales and installation of electric charging infrastructure and contribute to developing custom solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong technical and leadership skills to make a significant impact within a dynamic building management client in Cologne, with potential for permanent employment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed Master's or Technician training in Electrical Engineering, or a degree in Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering
- Experience in leading and scheduling a team of installers
- Experience with installation and repair of barrier systems
- Experience in programming control units
- Experience in project planning and commissioning of barrier/access control systems
- Experience in sales and installation support for electrical charging infrastructure
- Experience in developing customer-specific special solutions
- Experience with construction site management activities (e.g., offer creation, customer consulting, contract negotiations)
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class 3 driver's license.
