Job Summary
As a Sales Professional in Building Automation, you will be the primary contact for customers, actively listening to their needs and proactively identifying comprehensive, sustainable, and innovative solutions. Your day-to-day will involve guiding clients through the Smart Building Portfolio, managing strategic customer development for existing accounts, and acquiring new clients, primarily within the Ostwestfalen-Lippe region. You'll be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing solution concepts, and closing deals, transforming initial interest into concrete orders. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and marketing, a passion for technical building systems, and the ability to inspire both colleagues and clients. The position offers significant autonomy and access to the latest industry knowledge to foster strong, trust-based customer relationships.
Required Skills
Education
Technical or engineering degree, or comparable vocational training with extensive relevant professional experience
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a technical or engineering field
