Job Summary

This full-time, temporary position at the Chemical and Veterinary Investigation Office (CVUA) Sigmaringen, initially until December 31, 2026, is ideal for a Chemical-Technical Assistant or Chemical Laboratory Technician. The role involves critical work in the 'Mycotoxins' laboratory, where approximately 1,200 food samples are analyzed annually for mold toxins for the entire Baden-Württemberg region. Key responsibilities include preparing and processing samples for LC-MS/MS and HPLC-FLD measurements, evaluating data using specialized software and Excel, and managing results within a central laboratory information management system (LIMS). The successful candidate will contribute to quality assurance measures, including maintaining control charts and conducting proficiency tests, and assist in developing new testing methods.
