Job Summary

This role is for a creative and experienced Component Development Team Lead with a strong understanding of the interplay between electronics, mechanics, and software. The successful candidate will lead a dynamic hardware development team across multiple locations (Kollerschlag, Alberndorf, and Vienna), focusing on the development of electronics and mechanics for innovative smart home and building automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, contributing to the conceptualization of new electronic products, managing cross-project resource planning, and ensuring high work quality and adherence to development standards and processes. This position offers the opportunity to significantly contribute to the advancement of intelligent building automation, making buildings more comfortable, secure, and energy-efficient.
