Job Summary

This role involves driving the implementation of improved technical system operations within the BLB NRW's extensive building portfolio, focusing on sustainability and climate protection. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding building automation and metering infrastructure, integrating technical systems, and providing expert consultation for renovations and new constructions regarding building automation and metering. A key part of the role includes technical monitoring, data analysis of energy consumption, and optimizing plant technology. This position requires strong communication skills to liaise between the branch office and users, initiating and coordinating tasks to enhance technical system operations.
