Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Business Analyst to play a key part in the company's SAP S/4HANA implementation, focusing on production and manufacturing modules. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating, conceptualizing, and customizing the system, as well as managing the development of enhancements. The successful candidate will conduct needs assessments with key users, perform error analysis and resolution, and provide second-level application support. They will also be responsible for advising and supporting business departments, creating documentation, and training users. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, extensive experience with SAP logistics modules (ideally EWM and/or TM), and a proactive, analytical, and communicative approach.
