Job Summary

Join Würth Elektronik eiSos as a Technical Sales Manager, where you'll transform customers into long-term partners by providing expert technical advice and solutions. This role involves understanding individual client needs, presenting a comprehensive portfolio of passive electronic components, and guiding customers through the design-in process. You will be responsible for new customer acquisition, nurturing existing relationships, preparing offers with independent pricing, and managing projects from inception to contract close. The position offers a blend of customer visits and home office work, allowing for flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background in electrical engineering, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Engineering / Electrical Engineering or completed qualification as a state-certified Technician in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or Traffic Engineering

Experience

  • Professional experience in sales

  • Experience in presenting product portfolios and services
  • Experience in customer consulting for design-in processes
  • Experience in offer creation and price setting
  • Experience in project accompaniment until contract conclusion

Additional

  • Willingness to travel approximately 3 days per week to customer sites within the sales territory (Reutlingen, Tuttlingen, Villingen-Schwenningen).
