Job Summary

As an SAP Inhouse FI Consultant based in Berlin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of SAP systems within a high-tech semiconductor company. Your daily tasks will involve advising and supporting finance and controlling teams through organizational changes, international accounting standards, and new reporting requirements. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using SAP standard on-premise and cloud functionalities, collaborating with external consultants when necessary. This hybrid role (2 days/week mobile work) requires strong communication skills to engage with key users and stakeholders across various departments and hierarchical levels, while also planning and coordinating project activities as a (partial) project leader. You will contribute to the strategic development of digital solutions, coaching SAP users and acting as a mentor, all within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
