Job Summary
This role involves advising clients on the design and implementation of innovative and technically sophisticated CRM solutions using SAP Sales and Service Cloud. The consultant will continuously expand their knowledge of technical and functional updates within the SAP CX portfolio. Key responsibilities include analyzing, optimizing, conceptualizing, and implementing SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions, developing and executing integration scenarios for customer experience, and potentially taking on partial or full project leadership roles. The position may also involve PreSales activities to support sales. The ideal candidate will have strong IT professional experience, extensive knowledge in process analysis, concept creation, technology design, and CRM solution configuration, particularly with SAP CRM/CX, coupled with fluent German and English skills.
