Job Summary

This role involves the production of biopharmaceutical active ingredients under GMP conditions, with a strong focus on cell culture and analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating CHO cells in various systems, including T-flasks, spinner flasks, and small fermenters like the Wave bioreactor. Key tasks include manual and automated cell counting, performing automated enzyme tests, environmental monitoring, and equipment responsibility. The position also entails preparing solutions and conducting sterile filtrations. Ideal candidates will have a professional background as an MTA, CTA, BTA, biology, or chemistry laboratory technician, with a strong preference for experience with microorganisms or mammalian cells, and familiarity with cleanroom and GMP environments.
