As a Senior Manager Tax Consultant based in Munich, you will provide comprehensive tax advice to national and international companies. This involves drafting expert opinions, conducting due diligence, and structuring and restructuring service relationships. You will also be responsible for reviewing tax declarations, supporting clients during tax audits, and coordinating projects within the global Nexia network. A key aspect of the role is mentoring junior colleagues. The ideal candidate will possess a tax consultant license or a comparable legal degree, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience in tax consulting. Strong knowledge of income tax, VAT, payroll tax, double taxation treaties, and the taxation of corporations and partnerships is essential.
