Job Summary

This role is ideal for an Electrical Engineering Technician looking to grow into larger responsibilities within railway infrastructure. Initially, you'll support smaller electrical engineering projects, focusing on 50-Hz power, point heating, and train preheating systems, as well as mechanical installations. Your day-to-day will involve assisting with project implementation, conducting technical assessments, and providing specialized support at the Asset Service Center. A key part of the job includes hands-on involvement in inspections, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of systems, coordinating with skilled workers. You will also be responsible for maintaining technical databases and creating essential documentation like reports and photo logs. Required Skills

Education

HTL (Higher Technical Institute) or FH/University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics (and Technical Informatics), Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Metal Technology, Industrial Engineering, or HVAC Systems; alternatively, a master craftsman's certificate or professional qualification in a related field.

Experience
