Job Summary

As a Senior Manager Audit & Tax in Berlin, you will be a key advisor to a diverse portfolio of primarily medium-sized clients, acting as their primary contact for national tax law queries. Your daily responsibilities will include preparing complex annual financial statements and tax returns, supporting clients during tax audits, and leading special projects such as Due Diligence and company valuations. You will also coordinate and lead your team in conducting annual and consolidated financial statement audits, primarily under HGB, and contribute to the optimization of firm-wide compliance processes.
