Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will be a key part of the Operational Management team, actively contributing to digitalization and process optimization projects within construction sites. Your role involves close collaboration with operational colleagues and specialized departments like BIM, LEAN, Surveying, Process Management, and IT. You will act as a crucial interface between practical construction site operations and digital solutions, analyzing existing processes, gathering requirements, and developing practical concepts. A core responsibility is evaluating suitable software solutions, coordinating their further development in close consultation with users, and supporting the rollout and implementation of new tools through practical training sessions. This position is ideal for someone with a technical background in construction, IT, or related fields, strong IT affinity, and a proactive approach to digital transformation in the construction sector.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education or degree (HTL, FH, University) in Construction, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field
Experience
- Professional experience in construction execution or supporting construction projects (ideally)
- Experience with digitalization initiatives
