Job Summary
This role is for a Consultant in Supply Management, focusing on optimizing processes for statutory health and long-term care insurance providers in Germany. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support to end-users of the BITMARCK_21c|ng application, identify areas for process improvement, and ensure seamless communication between clients and the IT service center. Key responsibilities also include creating documentation, conducting client events, designing and leading training sessions, and assisting with project implementation. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in social insurance, IT affinity, and a passion for contributing to the digital transformation of the healthcare sector.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Social Insurance Clerk, preferably with further training as a Health Insurance Specialist or Business Economist, or a degree in Healthcare Management.
Experience
- Professional experience in a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Experience in technical support
- Practical experience in long-term care insurance and potentially substitute benefits
