This role is perfect for an IT professional eager to apply their expertise in a dynamic support environment. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first and second point of contact for user IT issues, handling requests via ticket systems, phone, and email. Your daily tasks will involve installing and configuring various hardware like PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices, alongside administering Windows systems and common business software. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to IT projects and the ongoing development of the IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented mindset, ready to ensure smooth IT operations for users in a machine manufacturing environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed IT-related training (e.g., IT Specialist, IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Systems Administrator, Network Administrator) or practical experience as a career changer.
Experience
- • Professional experience in IT support or a service-oriented IT environment (advantageous)

- Unrestricted work permit for Germany required. Full-time, permanent contract. Located in Crailsheim, Germany.
