As an SAP Service Manager, you will be the cornerstone of Sodexo Services GmbH's SAP landscape, ensuring its operational stability and performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating incident, problem, and change management for critical SAP systems like ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, and FIORI. You will actively analyze and improve ITIL processes related to SAP, develop and monitor Service Level Agreements, and play a key role in SAP upgrades, patches, migrations, and the integration of new modules or cloud solutions such as SAP BTP, Ariba, and SuccessFactors. This role demands a proactive approach to continuous improvement of SAP processes and systems, coupled with strong communication skills to engage effectively with various departments. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or comparable IT-related training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) with relevant further education

Experience

  • Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP systems
  • High project management competence, ideally in the SAP environment
