Join GOLDBECK Technologies GmbH in Bielefeld as an IT Support Specialist, focusing on system integration. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for internal users, providing essential IT support both over the phone and in person. Your daily tasks will include the procurement, installation, and configuration of PCs, printers, and mobile devices, alongside maintaining the local technical infrastructure. You'll also be responsible for managing media technology, coordinating with external service providers, and providing technical support for various events. This position is ideal for someone with a strong service orientation, excellent technical skills in Windows and Microsoft 365, and a desire to contribute to a robust IT infrastructure within a leading European real estate company. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract.
