Required Skills

Education

For Civil Servants: Fulfillment of career-path requirements for the first entry-level position in career group 2 of the general administrative service. For Tariff Employees: Completed university degree (Bachelor/FH-Diploma) in Administrative Sciences or Computer Science, or completed Administrative Course II, or comparable knowledge and experience gained through several years of relevant work, especially at the interfaces between administrative, organizational, and ICT-related tasks.

Experience

  • Professional experience in information technology, business process management, digitalization, organizational management, or project work (for both civil servants and tariff employees)
  • Professional or project-related experience in interdisciplinary collaboration between ICT technicians and process owners
  • Experience in the administration, consulting, and support of users of ICT systems
