Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician Operator who will be responsible for the continuous monitoring and maintenance of IT systems and applications. Key daily tasks include promptly reacting to security incidents, identifying system warnings and errors, and efficiently resolving disruptions. The position also involves taking over simple IT-related routine tasks to support specialized departments, and meticulously documenting all operational processes, including their qualification, classification, categorization, and prioritization. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer, solution, and service orientation, coupled with a solid understanding of IT operations and ITIL.
