Job Summary

As a Service Delivery Manager in Neckarsulm, you will be a proactive leader, supporting the Enterprise Delivery Manager in client relationship management and contractual affairs. A key part of your role will involve comprehensive escalation management and the continuous, cross-functional development of existing services. You will provide both technical and disciplinary leadership to the IT Service Team, acting as the central point of contact for clients and leading client and project meetings. Ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements is paramount. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT-related training, similar technical vocational training, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Experience with Remote Support, managing service desks, and using ticket systems
  • Experience with service contracts, service agreements, and service/operation manuals (desirable)
  • Practical experience in various operational situations and as a liaison to customers and contractors
  • Experience with established service concepts and processes
  • Experience in procurement, storage, installation, disposal, onsite user support, deployment control, and SLA compliance (desirable)
