Job Summary

This full-time Laboratory Technician role, based in Saarlouis/Saarwellingen, Germany, is a parental leave cover position within the Quality Management department of a leading European confectionery producer. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently performing a variety of chromatographic (HPLC, GC), chemical, and physical analyses, meticulously documenting results, and maintaining analytical equipment. Key tasks also include verifying recipes and raw material specifications, implementing quality assurance measures, and releasing raw materials and finished goods within SAP.
