This role is for a Biotechnical Assistant to join a food and environmental analytics laboratory, focusing on microbiological analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing various samples, primarily drinking water, cooling water, and food, for microbiological testing. Key responsibilities include preparing culture media, processing and evaluating cultures, and meticulous documentation of all analyses. The position is open to both entry-level professionals and those with prior experience. It requires a self-reliant, reliable, and organized individual with strong teamwork skills, a high willingness to learn, and proficiency in MS Office.
