This role is for an IT Service Manager who will be instrumental in optimizing and adapting service portfolios based on business needs, coordinating with various departments on ongoing contracts. Key responsibilities include building and expanding existing process landscapes, ensuring documentation and quality control, and establishing a Service Desk based on ITIL principles. The ideal candidate will continuously optimize IT service processes, manage service level agreements, and coordinate team meetings. This position offers the chance to assemble service modules according to customer requirements and adapt service contracts. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Advisor, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Salesperson, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician) or similar qualification; ITIL Certification (ideally)

Experience

  • Professional experience in project execution
