Job Summary

This role is for an IT Systems Administrator responsible for the robust administration and maintenance of Windows client and server environments. The successful candidate will manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune, while also overseeing and enhancing the overall IT infrastructure, encompassing networks, security, and backup solutions. Key responsibilities include user and rights management within Active Directory and Azure AD, troubleshooting and resolving support issues, and meticulous documentation of IT processes and systems.
