Job Summary
As an EHS Manager, you will be instrumental in upholding environmental, health, and safety standards across all projects, including those involving subcontractors. Your daily tasks will involve preparing for and conducting internal and external EHS audits, developing risk assessments, and delivering essential EHS training on construction sites. You will serve as the primary EHS contact for construction managers during project execution and will be responsible for generating monthly EHS reports. This role requires close collaboration with occupational health services and professional associations, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate EHS guidelines. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical degree or vocational training, Further training as a Safety Specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit), ideally with a focus on construction
Experience
- Professional experience in Environment, Health, and Safety
- Experience as a Safety and Health Coordinator is advantageous
