Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity within the 5-person HR team of a globally leading technology company specializing in specialized plant construction, located in Zurich East. The successful candidate will act as the key specialist for Global Mobility topics, coordinating international assignments, delegation contracts, travel documentation, VISA applications, and mandatory forms like A1/CoC notifications. A significant part of the job involves administering project hours and assignments within SAP, optimizing international HR management processes, and ensuring compliance with Swiss labor and social security law. You will be the competent point of contact for HR administration and work closely with external mobility providers, payroll specialists, and internal finance teams. Furthermore, you will serve as a sparring partner for the Head of HR, actively engaging in strategic projects such as HR process optimization and HRIS reporting. The ideal candidate brings relevant HR qualifications and experience in Global Mobility, coupled with fluent German and very good English skills.

Required Skills

Education

Relevant HR specific further education or Global Mobility certification, or a Business Administration degree (e.g., specializing in Human Capital Management - HCM).

Experience

  • Several years of professional practice in comparable HR functions (HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, Sr. HR Assistant)
  • Specific experience dealing with Global Mobility topics (e.g., assignments, delegations)
  • Proven knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
  • Funded practical experience using ERP Systems/HRIS (ideally SAP)
