Job Summary

This role is for an IT Administrator at Caelo, a well-established, family-owned pharmaceutical company in Hilden, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of client hardware, networks, communication, and security systems to ensure smooth operations. Day-to-day tasks include providing IT support to internal users, identifying and documenting system errors, coordinating with hardware suppliers for repairs, and administering Swyx telephony and Office 365. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT administration, strong technical skills in Windows Server, Office 365, VMware, Veeam Backup, and Sophos XGS, and a proactive approach to maintaining and developing IT systems.
