Job Summary

This is a versatile and responsible position serving as the primary point of contact for prestigious national and international customers of a market-leading industrial company. The core responsibilities include managing the complete order processing cycle, from generating quotes and calculations to handling invoicing, and executing planning tasks in close coordination with Key Account Management. A significant component of the role involves supporting Product Management, where you will assist in market development planning, provide expert product consultation, contribute to the introduction of new products, and coordinate pricing and product lists. This position requires strong communication skills in German and English, commercial acumen, and experience utilizing ERP systems. It offers a varied workload, high degree of autonomy, and the chance to work within a friendly, collaborative team environment and an uncomplicated company culture.

Required Skills

Education

Commercial education or a technical basic qualification combined with commercial further training (e.g., Technical Specialist/Manager)

Experience

  • Professional experience in a similar internal sales and customer consultation role
  • Experience, preferably gained within an industrial trading environment
  • Professional experience utilizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Abacus, NAV)
