Required Skills
Education
Diploma in Public Administration (FH), Diploma in Finance (FH), or Certified Financial Specialist (FH); or training for the higher non-technical administrative service (e.g., Administrative Business Administrator, Administrative Specialist, or a completed university of applied sciences degree [Bachelor of Laws or Bachelor of Arts] in Public Administration); or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in leading a team within a financial or administrative context
- Comprehensive knowledge of budget law, municipal law, and administrative law
- Experience with H + H pro Doppik software is desirable
