Job Summary

This role is for a Field Sales Representative specializing in systems for a medium-sized water treatment company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales concepts, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include processing customer inquiries, interpreting specifications, designing process engineering plant components, and developing comprehensive plant concepts. The role involves preparing offers, leading contract negotiations, and managing sales revenue. Additionally, the individual will conduct training sessions, participate in regional trade fairs, and maintain customer and order data in the CRM system. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, success-driven attitude.
