Job Summary

This versatile role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level technical support to internal staff within an international mechanical engineering group based in Winterthur. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving disruptions, logging incidents in the ticketing system, coordinating external technicians, and escalating complex issues to 3rd level support and engineering teams. You will also manage user accounts, including onboarding new employees, administering permissions, and processing necessary mutations. Crucially, you will collaborate with your team to maintain the entire ICT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations. Furthermore, you will actively participate in various IT projects such as process optimization, system migrations, and rollouts.
