Job Summary

This role involves overseeing and supporting the change and problem report management processes for Airbus Defence and Space in Bremen. The Configuration & Change Manager will ensure the correct implementation of CM deliverables, define new functionalities for CM tools, and develop comprehensive CM-controlled product development processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating changes across Engineering, PMO, Production, and ILS, preparing change requests, and participating in various internal and external review boards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Configuration Management, Product Lifecycle Management, and Quality Management, coupled with excellent communication skills in English and German.
