The successful candidate will ensure colleagues can maximize productivity using modern technologies, working with a wide range of Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Copilot. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and operating Microsoft services, optimizing processes through automation, and enhancing security standards. The position also supports system migrations and provides 2nd-level support for Microsoft 365. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT apprenticeship, Computer Science degree, Business Informatics degree, or comparable qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, System Electronics Technician)
Experience
- Professional experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience with planning, implementation, and operation of Microsoft services
- Experience with system migrations and integrations
- Experience in supporting IT Helpdesk and 2nd-Level Support
- Experience with developing and implementing security standards
