Job Summary

This role is based at a global leader in agricultural innovation in Monthey, focusing on the production of active substances. As a Planning & Execution Analyst within the Production & Supply team, your primary mission will be to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of site maintenance operations. You will develop and implement review methodologies to compare planned versus executed maintenance work, evaluating activity estimates and documenting time losses and variances. A significant part of the job involves field evaluation of executed work, analyzing "good hours" versus billed hours (targeting 80-100 analyses monthly). You will identify process waste, measure quality issues, and present detailed performance analyses to planning and execution teams, proposing improvements to weekly schedules to boost overall productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses 5-10 years of hands-on experience in petrochemical maintenance and proficiency with the SAP R3 maintenance module, making this a crucial role for driving operational excellence.

Required Skills

Education

Technical diploma in an industrial trade (e.g., Industrial Equipment Builder, Poly-mechanic, Pipefitter, or equivalent)

Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in petrochemical maintenance
  • Strong field experience, including site estimation and mandating work
  • Experience in a metallurgy trade (Industrial equipment builder, poly-mechanic, or pipefitter) is preferred
  • Experience in supervising maintenance activities or projects
  • Experience managing third-party subcontractors
