Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist responsible for providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level support, both remotely and on-site. The successful candidate will handle fault diagnosis, analysis, and resolution, manage backup and update strategies, and contribute to IT optimization. Key responsibilities also include installing and configuring IT and telecommunication systems, managing user accounts and permissions in Microsoft AD and AAD, and administering network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN) and various web applications. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft systems, networking, and IT security, along with excellent German and good English language skills. It offers a long-term perspective within a future-oriented logistics company.

Experience
- Professional experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, IT Support, 1st Level Supporter, or 2nd Level Supporter
- Experience with Microsoft systems administration
- Experience in network environments and IT security
