This role offers a unique opportunity to build and develop the Service and Sourcing Management/Advisory function within a startup-like environment, focusing on 'Turning Risk into Opportunity'. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating and executing tenders, developing tender methods and RFP/contract systems, and managing projects from sourcing strategy implementation (Make or Buy) to On-, Near-, and Offshore Delivery models. You will drive transition and transformation management, optimize existing relationships and governance processes, and apply agile methodologies like Scrum and DevOps. Additionally, you will support sales and business development for service offerings and contract closures, collaborating closely with Risk Advisory departments.
