Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Manager in Tax Advisory, focusing on international M&A transactions for Equity Infrastructure and Real Estate Funds. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in all phases of transactions, from due diligence and expert sessions to SPA reviews from a German tax perspective. Key responsibilities include direct client interaction with fund managers and deal teams, providing tax due diligence for both buy and sell-side transactions, and advising on acquisition and sale structuring. The position also involves participating in contract negotiations, reviewing tax clauses, and supporting internal corporate restructurings through to implementation.
