Job Summary

As an IT Consultant specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will be a key member of a specialist team, actively shaping a future-oriented business area by working with leading IAM systems. Your role involves supporting clients, from large corporations to hidden champions, in developing and optimizing their IT and cybersecurity. You will be instrumental in conceiving and developing customized, agile service structures, and implementing, managing, and operating applications, including performing ITIL-based operational processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining operational documents, conducting tests and analyses for service process optimization, and contributing to the release planning of IAM systems. This role requires a background in IT, ideally with experience in IAM operations or IT service management, and strong communication skills.
