Job Summary

As a Senior IT Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the entire ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, from initial definition and solution architecture to successful rollout. This hands-on role involves developing market-leading concepts and use cases for ServiceNow GRC/IRM, SecOps, and Asset Management. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, configuring, and introducing custom solutions based on the ServiceNow App Engine, collaborating closely with clients. The position requires supporting the application of agile methodologies like Scrum/SAFe and frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT. You will configure and develop IT and business processes, data models, workflows, and APIs on the ServiceNow platform, and contribute to new service development for Managed Services, collaborating with international delivery centers.
