This role is for an AI and Process Optimization Expert to join Würzburger Versicherungs-AG, a successful mid-sized insurer. The expert will be instrumental in driving digital transformation by developing and implementing automation solutions for contract and claims departments, and building intelligent chat and voice bots for customer interactions. Key responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing digital application processes using AI, identifying automation potentials, and evaluating new AI technologies within the insurance context. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT, Data Science, or Engineering, coupled with experience in automation technologies and AI/Machine Learning.
