Job Summary

Join a dynamic team supporting the insurance industry with specialized software for nearly two decades. As an AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in integrating generative AI with database systems, specifically connecting Large Language Models (LLMs) to extract valuable insights. Your role involves designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to efficiently incorporate external data sources into AI models. You will also develop and operate Python-based microservices, conceptualize and document REST APIs, and create high-performance SQL and PL/SQL queries. A key part of your work will be fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs for quality, accuracy, and cost-efficiency, alongside building robust monitoring and evaluation processes.
