Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support to users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT client systems including PCs, notebooks, mobile phones, printers, and copiers. The specialist will be responsible for setting up end devices, managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, and handling the procurement and administration of client hardware and software. A key part of the role includes creating user guides, conducting training sessions, and actively participating in IT projects such as Office 365 migrations, rollouts, and updates. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a service-oriented approach, and a structured working style, contributing to a collaborative team environment within a stable pharmaceutical company.
Required Skills
Education
Vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Management Clerk, IT System Electronics Technician) or comparable qualification
