As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead and develop engineering project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams, primarily focusing on sustaining engineering for high-quality medical devices. Your day-to-day will involve managing design changes, ensuring regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, GMP), providing technical guidance, overseeing testing, and maintaining high documentation standards. You will also act as a technical lead for investigations (NCs, CAPAs, complaints) and collaborate extensively with Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a background in medical device manufacturing, and the ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
