Job Summary
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert technical advice and resolving issues related to freeze-drying systems. Your daily tasks will involve managing customer inquiries and complaints, meticulously documenting cases in the CRM system, and developing tailored technical solutions, often collaborating with other departments. You will also be responsible for preparing quotes and orders in both German and English, organizing and overseeing installations, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base to facilitate quick issue resolution. This role requires a customer-centric approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Education
Completed apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician or Electrician, further training as a Technician or Master, or comparable technical education with basic commercial knowledge
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the manufacturing of machinery and equipment in special machine construction
- Experience in automation and programming is a plus
